I went from not including carbs in my diet because I thought it would hurt my goals, to incorporating more carbs than I ever have, including my pre and post workout meals, and lost 5 pounds, and hit PR’s in the gym doing so. Amanda helped me recover using nutrition, perform better in the gym, incorporate more variety in my diet, and helped me manage stress. I have been so happy to work with her.
